Synthtesis R&D

FARGEM Synthesis R&D Department conducts research and development activities for generic medicine raw material synthesis under Ulkar Holding. In parallel to these works, the department works to develop new methods for generic medicine raw material synthesis, to research new crystal forms, to detect drug substance active substance impurities, synthesis, and structure explanations. Many of the research and development studies for the industrial-scale synthesis of drug substances were completed in FARGEM Synthesis R&D Department. Most of these studies have been taken under protection with patents.

In addition to is R&D studies on generic medicine active substance synthesis, FARGEM Synthesis R&D Department conducts studies to research the design, synthesis, and activities of original candidate pharmaceutical molecules. With the projects carried out in this regard, it is planned to obtain Phase 1 development phase candidate compounds that completed their pre-clinical pharmaceutical developments, in a short time.
Synthesis R&D Department where all of these R&D activities are conducted meets the world standards in terms of equipment and laboratory devices. In addition to the laboratories for synthesis studies, Cell-Culture Laboratories for researching pharmaceutical activities are also operational. Many instrumental analyses such as IR, NMR, HPLC, UPLC, GC, LC-MS/MS, LC-HRMS, UV are actively in use in the studies conducted in the synthesis laboratory.
